I'm not sure how many of us are familiar with the different app stores set up by the cell phone manufacturers and their distinct characteristics. While trying to read up on this, I found a very interesting article at Gizmodo.

Can you post the otherside of the comparision, not what the app store has to offer, but how much it selling, rank w.r.to popularity, number of apps hosted, etc. A comparision of platform indenpendent app sellers (like handango) too will be good,
